We also used pieces of pecans rather than halves as it coats the pieces more evenly without the nut or the coating overwhelming the other. Made from our super tender Japanese Milk Bread, our adapted Cinnamon swirled Raisin Bread is as close to perfection as you can get! Made with both purple raisins and sweet golden raisins, paired with our blend of raw cane sugar and Vietnamese all natural cinnamon, it doesn’t just smell good, it tastes heavenly! Sometimes the cinnamon swirl bread at the market can be deceptive, it smells so good but then has no flavor, not with Kuroki Bakery! Wonderful to munch on plain, but delicious as toast, perhaps with a bit of cream cheese spread. Baked in our Japanese imported square loaf pans, not only is it tasty, it’s super cute too, great for one or two people for a few days, or a unique and adorable gift! Domed 4x4” loaf

Red composting worms are different from the average garden worm. They live mainly on the surface and are very good at composting food scraps quickly in a worm bin. Worm bins are super easy to maintain and a great way to quickly compost your vegetable scraps and coffee grounds to crest compost. We purchased our worms this past winter from Uncle Jim’s worm farm as a fun project and we have outgrown our bin three times so I want to share the wealth and sell some of our worms. Our worm bin is super simple. It’s the largest Rubbermaid tote you can buy filled with starter and air holes. There are tons of tutorials online for making a worm bin and I’ll attach a link to my favorite tutorial with your worms! This listing is for a regular mason jar with a large hand full of worms along with some of their compost. I have no clue “exactly” how many worms that will be but it will be enough to get a bin started.
