Y'all know that we grow our produce without any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. This kale is DELISH. We often sauté it in our cast iron with some olive oil and salt and pepper and even the stems are amazing. Note: we package in brown paper bags to reduce waste. If your kale looks a little limp, place in jr of water for a beautiful kale bouquet and to bring back some life :) According to the USDA, your average raw kale hosts a variety of minerals, such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium, as well as vitamins A, B6, C, E, & K.
