Hello I’m Chelsey Thaxton, owner of Sweetbirds Candy Kitchen. I make a variety of candied fruits. I am a mother to 4 of the sweetest babies on Earth. Their last name is “Hawkes” and they are my Sweetbirds. The babies are the sweetest things I know and, therefore, the face of our brand. My family were candy makers in the 1800’s and so it was my natural calling to take this skill and turn it into something fresh and new! At Sweetbirds we pay extra attention to cleaning your fruit without the use of harsh chemicals. Each batch of candy is cooked to order. Locally grown produce is used when in season and available!
