Honduran Cerro Negro La Lesquinada coffee is a very cocoa and chocolate heavy cup with bright notes of apricot, and darker notes of sweet date.
Roasted to a medium level, Cerro Negro is great for drinking black which accents the brighter flavors over a cocoa background. With milk and sugar, the chocolate flavors become very pronounced.
Can be roasted slightly darker by request for a deeper cocoa flavor that is great for espresso and cortados.

Kenyan Kiambu Japem beans are roasted to a city/city+ level (light-medium). This roast level offers a delicious blend of brown sugar and black tea flavors, with distinct notes of sweet papaya, and floral jasmine.
This coffee makes an excellent pour-over and is especially good black. That said, this is a versatile coffee suitable for daily drinking both black, and with milk and sugar.

Kenyan Kirinyaga PeaberryGrower: Three Tail Coffee

This Kirinyaga Coffee is harvested from the Mwirua Co-op in Kenya. Normally, a coffee fruit contains 2 seeds. As these two seeds grow against each other, one side of each seed flattens, resulting in the typical coffee bean shape.
Sometimes, however, only one seed develops. With nothing to flatten it, the bean develops an oval shape known as a peaberry. This strange phenomenon only happens in approximately 5% of harvested coffees.
In light roasts, it is superb for drinking black, or used in a Japanese iced pour-over, where its acid and fruitiness shines. With a bit of sugar, the black coffee even takes on a mulled berry cider flavor.
Full City roasts make an excellent espresso shot rich in cocoa and dark berry flavor.
Sold in 3oz/86g bags in a light/City Roast by default. Full City Roast by request.
