Hands down, this is one of the best jams we make! It's so good we made a second batch using a different variety of white peaches from our local orchard. It's the same great combination of the delicate peach flavor of White Diamond peaches (a lower acid variety than the White River we usually use) and the caviar of a vanilla bean. It's sure to be a family favorite, too! (Ingredients: White peaches, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla bean.)
