Large, extra large and jumbo, mostly brown eggs from hens that have the run of the farm every day. Eggs come in sturdy 3 x 4 biodegradable, recyclable box. For easy-peel hard boiled eggs make a tiny hole in the large end of the egg with a push-pin like is used on a bulletin board. Put eggs in a pan with cold water and salt. Bring barely to boil then turn heat down to just maintain temperature. Time for twelve minutes then rinse with cold water and ice.

These eggs are about the same size as medium eggs ,measured by weight. The chickens are free range.

Dozen - mostly White XXL eggs, but there may be some Blue eggs or slightly smaller ones mixed in. Laid by incredibly happy free-range mixed flock ducks, hand washed and individually dated when they were laid! (Good for 2-3 months refrigerated, food safe ink). Duck eggs are much larger than chicken eggs, contain a more nutrient-dense yolk, and special enzymes that make your baked goods extra light and fluffy! Also, if you are allergic to chicken eggs you are likely NOT allergic to duck eggs!
