Our Oyster Mushrooms have a chewy savory umami flavor profile. They are grown in an indoor greenhouse under a controlled environment suitable for mushroom cultivation. There are many ways to cook an oyster mushroom and there is nothing wrong with making it simple! Here is our recipe: Sautéed Oyster Mushroom. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes with butter, olive oil, garlic and thyme. For 1 minute, cook on high heat and add your spices of choice (we use chicken bouillon). Serve! The species of oyster mushrooms we grow will depend on the season. These can range from Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, Brown Oyster, and King Oyster mushrooms.
