It is a curious mixture of the oldest and the newest. The Bahrain sourdough is from the oldest of the old. It rises well and is considered the most sour type of sourdough breads. It has a beautiful texture, nice crust and is excellent for sandwiches, dipping and anything else you can think of!! Please add in the comments if you want a French loaf (free form), or a boule.
