Of all the chocolate chip cookie recipes we have, this one is hands down our favorite! Approximately four inches in diameter, the cookies are flat thins with crispy edges and chewy centers. They're an excessive amount of mini-chocolate chips ambushed in a buttery dough! According to the recipe's author, "Who would turn down an enormous cookie, all buttery and chewy, touched with brown sugar and stubby with chips of chocolate?" Enjoy!
