A very soft, finely textured, barely sweet yeast milk bread filled with buttery diced apples, cinnamon, golden raisins and pecans and drizzled with homemade caramel sauce, this pull-apart loaf is a smorgasboard of flavors and textures. It's great instead of a cinnamon roll for breakfast, as an afternoon or after-school snack or an alternative to apple pie for dessert. Baked in a 7" x 4" loaf pan, the bread has been scored to pull apart in neat, spiral slices. Enjoy!
