Quite a treat from my Kleo’s Kookie Korner. Kleo is alway amazing us with what she bakes. For a 14 year old just playing in the kitchen, she’ll surprise you. I love snickerdoodles, but this is next level! Think of a snickerdoodle, with more depth and richness, will not disappoint! She’s too young for a ‘real job’’, so she’d like to try her hand at selling her baked goods. Look for more goodies to come from her in the future. This girl has fashion to afford! The snickerdoodles are made of quality butter, pure cane sugar, premium cane brown sugar, farm fresh eggs, vanilla paste, King Arthur flour, creme of tartar, baking soda, Himalayan sea salt, and cinnamon.

Of all the chocolate chip cookie recipes we have, this one is hands down our favorite! Approximately four inches in diameter, the cookies are flat thins with crispy edges and chewy centers. They're an excessive amount of mini-chocolate chips ambushed in a buttery dough! According to the recipe's author, "Who would turn down an enormous cookie, all buttery and chewy, touched with brown sugar and stubby with chips of chocolate?" Enjoy! (Ingredients: Semisweet chocolate chips, flour, unsalted butter, brown sugar, sugar, cake flour, eggs, vanilla extract, water, baking soda and salt.
