RCM is absolutely blooming with great groceries this week! Check out the selection of beautiful fresh flowers when you are shopping for your favorite foods! We are excited to welcome Maple Brook Bakery back this week; add some of her delicuous sourdough to your menu! We are also glad to see Mary-Ann King online this week! Her plants are always amazing, her shishito peppers are a favorite and she has some unique herbs, as well! Check out Lost Eden’s fleabane smudge stick for a different way to help repel bugs and mosquitoes and try some of The Fortunate Mushroom’s dried oyster mushrooms for a way to have mushrooms anytime! Keep an eye on the jams and jellies category as new flavors pop-up and favorites are re-stocked as seasonal fruits are available! Peaches are currently in season and we are blessed with some amazing local fruit in the River Valley! It’s a great time to take advantage of fresh tomatoes, also! In addition to great groceries, you can find some fantastic gifts at RCM; check out bath bombs in the bath and beauty category, hand poured candles from Drewry in amazing scents, jelly gift boxes from Michael’s Garden or seasoning and snack stick sets from Lanty Cattle Company. Help us spread the word that we accept SNAP/EBT and, as participants in the Double Up Food Bucks program, if you spend $20 a week in SNAP, you will recieve $20 of credit to use for fruits and fresh produce!

The summer vegetable selection is amazing this week! Shop for your favorites and find great local ingredients to make salsa, spaghetti sauce and more! We Have Pleasant View potatoes, peppers and tomatoes this week and Justin’s Produce has bulk tomatoes and green or yellow squash. The Fortunate Mushroom is spoiling us… Check out their Lions Mane mushrooms, medley boxes and dried oyster mushrooms to add nutrition and flavor to your recipes! Sweetbirds flavor of the week is a cool-looking Guava Colada and Kaitlyn’s Sweets and Treats orange cream fudge sounds like a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth! There are lots of fresh flowers available and plenty of fresh eggs for all your needs! McAnulty Mercantile has re-stocked their tasty granola flavors! Try some chili seasoning from Lanty Cattle Company, Lemon bread from Connor’s Garden and Sweets or Farmstand Cornbread from Lucky Star! R&D has flank steak for a quick-cooking meal, Bluff Top has a great pork roast or you can stock up on hamburger from C3 Beef. Treat your pets to yummy mini pupcakes from Treat Street Pet Bakery or get a bit of nostalgia for yourself with a water whistle from Backwoods Plants. Just in time for the holiday, RCM is stocked up with everything you need for a great gathering or just a week of amazing meals! It’s a fantastic week for fresh mushrooms; The Fortunate Mushroom has Lions Mane boxes, large and small medley boxes and large and small oyster mushroom boxes plus dried oyster mushrooms and kits to grow your own! Get a watermelon or some jalapenos from Justin’s Produce, tomatoes and okra from Hoof Hollow Hobbies, banana peppers from Pleasant View, yellow squash from Meadowlark and peas from Lucky Star! The flavor of the week from Sweetbirds Candy Kitchen is pomegranate lemonade and Weatherford Family Farm has some festive brownie bites and cookies with a red, white and blue theme! Help us welcome Rude Insect Flower Farm to the RCM family and look for her flower bouquets in the fresh flowers category! How about some old fashioned gingersnaps or Artisan Bread from Pleasant View, English muffins from Skyline Acres or Farmstand Cornbread from Lucky Star? Happy Summer! The solstice means that the growing season is in full swing in our part of the world! Check out what is available this week… Beat the heat with some ice cream from Meadowlark, keep your kitchen cool with some homemade bread from Pleasant View, add something unique to your salads with Lambs Quarter from Lost Eden and satisfy your sweet tooth with whoopie pies from Weatherford! The Thomas Family has listed aloe and pothos plants this week and Backwoods Plants always has some interesting specimens like jade and desert rose. Bluff Top has a great selection of fresh herbs; try some fresh basil, chives, parsley, or spearmint. R&D has added a pork sausage this week and maybe some flank steak would make a great weeknight dinner? Look for fresh red onions from Lucky Star, grab a bundle of celosia plants from Michael’s garden or check out a value pack from C3 Beef! Shopping at RCM makes me hungry and inspired to create some amazing meals with local foods! This week we are excited to have blackberries from Knoxville Berry Farm and Linam Family Farm! What’s better than fresh locally-grown fruit? Remember to order your Ralston rice this week! It won’t be available again until next month… We would like to welcome Galla Creek Farm; we can’t wait to see what they are growing! This week they have red and green leaf lettuce. Check out Lost Eden’s dried catnip as well as his herbal tea blend and wildflower bouquet. Take a look at the beautiful florist-quality flowers available from Sulphur Springs Truck Patch and Violet Fields!
