Remember, this is the only week of the month that Ralston rice is available… Stock up on your favorites or try something new to create some amazing dishes! R&D and C3 Beef have lots of roasts for delicious roast beef and delicious New York strip steaks. Bluff Top has pork roast and Porch Swing Farms has sliced ham to help make a fast meal or some great lunches! Check out our selection of beef and pork sausage or add pork ribs from Michael’s Garden to your cookout menu! Those ribs might be great with some sweet heat rub and seasoning from Lanty Cattle Company! It’s another fantastic week at RCM! Remember to shop Ralston Family Farms’ rice products! This is the only week of the month that they are available at this market! Check out Hoof Hollow Hobbies homemade caramels in the candy category; if you got a sample of them last Tuesday, then you know they are delicious! Did you see the picture of the lions mane mushroom steak one of our customers made? If it made your mouth water, make sure you order some fresh lions mane mushrooms from The Fortunate Mushroom this week! Connor’s Garden has produced some interesting gourds if you are feeling crafty or would like to get an early start on your fall decorations! Guess what? Laundry detergent is back in stock! What is your favorite scent? I think Evergreen Forest or Coco Mademoiselle sound great! Some Farmstand Cornbread from Lucky Star pairs great with seasonal vegetables like tomatoes, peppers and squash! We are excited to welcome Maple Brook Bakery back this week; add some of her delicuous sourdough to your menu! We are also glad to see Mary-Ann King online this week! Her plants are always amazing, her shishito peppers are a favorite and she has some unique herbs, as well! Check out Lost Eden’s fleabane smudge stick for a different way to help repel bugs and mosquitoes and try some of The Fortunate Mushroom’s dried oyster mushrooms for a way to have mushrooms anytime! Keep an eye on the jams and jellies category as new flavors pop-up and favorites are re-stocked as seasonal fruits are available!
