We currently have so many types of Winter Squash! We have Butternut Squash, Acorn Squash, Delicata Squash, Korean Squash, Spaghetti Squash, Orangetti Spaghetti Squash, Patty Pan (Flying Saucer) Squash, and Black Kat Pumpkins. They are all delicious roasted and can be stored much longer than Summer Squash varieties.
