C3 Beef has a deal on 5 pounds of hamburger if you need to feed a crowd, Bluff Top has minute steaks for an easy meal, and R&D has a variety of prime steaks like the top sirloin in the picture above! Porch Swing Farms has breakfast sausage this week in addition to their sliced ham! RCM is excited to welcome Victoria’s Little Bread House to our awesome list of vendors! She is offering 3 flavors of sourdough focaccia, sourdough crackers, sourdough chocolate chip cookies and some great looking sandwich loaves!! Our baked goods category is sure to have something to please everyone! Maybe Meadowlark Valley’s Rosemary and Thyme Gouda or Mediterranean Herb cheese will pair with your menu! Drewry Farm and Orchards has fresh apples that would make an amazing apple pie or you can keep cool with one of their delicious watermelons! We have enough okra available to feed a crowd, as well as lots of flavorful peppers and crisp cucumbers!
