RCM hopes everyone had a fun and safe Halloween! Now that the candy overload is over.... it's time to plan some healthy meals for this week with delicious local groceries! We are stocked up with pumpkins and winter squash from Drewry, nutritious choices like sweet potatoes and butternut squash from Justin's Produce and plenty of fresh eggs and local meats! Grab a tri-tip roast from R&D, some kabob cubes from C3 Beef, some sirloin pork chops from Gum Log Creek, pork ribs from Bluff Top, chicken drumsticks from Home Plate Farms or chicken tenders from Magnolia and Oak! It is Ralston Rice week, don't forget to check out their new beans, chickpeas and lentil varieties when you shop for your favorite rice! Maybe Red beans and rice is on the menu this week! Check out the cute slipper plant from Plants N Such in the live plants category, enjoy a jar of Possum Grape jelly from Kourtney's Canning and get some fresh basil from Connor's Garden before the season is over! Pair some of Weatherford's delicious bread bowls with your favorite soup or get some cinnamon raisin bagels or garlic and herb sourdough from The Bread Shack!
