My late, Great-Aunt Melvie was well-known in her community for her fudgy, decadent coconut-pecan brownies. She shared her recipe with me when I was a child and I’ve dreamt of making them famous someday. I have adapted her recipe to create many different varieties of brownies. I also make cookie, candies, and streusels. I have had a passion for baking for more than 30 years.
