Our beef cows are raised on our farm outside of Atkins, AR, alongside Point Remove Creek. Our goal is to provide high quality, affordable beef to families of the River Valley. Our entire family (Matt, Rachel, and the kids) are very hands-on with the farm and our animals. The cattle are grass-fed throughout the year, resulting in highly flavorful, lean meat. Because of the leanness of grass fed beef, some cooking adjustments may need to be made. Rachel is always happy to share cooking tips or recipes to use with our beef. If you haven’t tried any of our products yet, we’d suggest starting with our Ground Beef. Beef is processed mainly at Cypress Valley Meat Company in Pottsville, AR, with a small selection of smoked products processed at Key’s Family Butcher in Van Buren, AR.
