In addition to his squash and cucumbers, Connor’s Garden and Sweets has fresh eggplant this week and peppers are plentiful from a variety of growers! I bet Meadowlark Valley’s Garlic and Herb Fromage Blanc dip would make a super cool appetizer with some fresh veggies to dip in it!
