Welcome to market day, our favorite day of the week!
Don’t forget, this is our last week for the RCM Referral Program’s first drawing! Be sure to give those RCM business cards (including your name on the back) to as many people as you can so that they can turn them in when they order, and give you a chance to win a $25 credit to your RCM account!
Be on the lookout for our Featured Farmer this Thursday: Holland Family Honey Farm. They will be showcasing their honey products, including their awesome honey scrubs! Their products can also be found right here on our market!
Last week’s market was home to our newest farmer, Mike Nelson of Honest to Goodness Homemade. He graciously let us sample his delicious cookies, and everyone who tried them agreed: They’re delicious! His products are now on the market, and include the Uncommon Chocolate Chip, the Special Sour Cream, and the Look of Surprise Oatmeal, among many others! Be sure to find your way to some of his delicious cookies this week!
In the recent world of Food News… Yesterday marked the passing of the March Against Monsanto in 52 countries and 436 cities across the world. The Senate is still strongly opposed to a GMO labeling measure in the United States, while countries like Germany and France have altogether banned GMO products. What do you think about it?
