My Family and I are attempting to produce organically grown greens from October to Spring this year. Wintering over Spinach, Kale and Swiss Chard and Lettuce for the Market.
It will be a learning process in so far as demand and supply but we want to see if we can join in on this program and what might be our adjustments for the following seasons.
