I provide Allergy Friendly Sweet Treats for people with Lactose, Dairy, Egg, Gluten and Nut allergies as well as some no sugar added Sweet Treats that are made with organic stevia.
My family is lactose intolerant. I started baking at home with lactose free products and then had a friend whose daughter had an egg allergy and made some treats for her that didn’t have eggs in them. I have a booth at the Pope Co Farmers Market. I wanted to join the Russellville Online Market so those that can’t get out on Saturday mornings can order and pick up allergy friendly sweets. I also had a lot of people that are diabetic and needed an alternative sugar substitute so I have learned how to bake yummy fried pies that are sweetened with organic stevia. Some of the things I bake are chocolate, cherry, peach and apple fried pies that are lactose and egg free. Dairy free banana muffins and banana nut muffins, lactose free blueberry muffins, no sugar added apple and cherry fried pies, lactose and egg free chocolate chips cookies, lactose free snickerdoodle cookies, and gluten free brownie bites. I also make strawberry and blackberry keto lemon bars that are made with coconut flour and stevia for people living the keto lifestyle.
