Hello, my name is Melissa Geeo and I have been very passionate about eating a vegan diet for a couple of years now. I have owned my own craft business for a year now and I have always wanted to expand into making vegan treats and desserts. When first going vegan, I found it very hard to satisfy the sweet tooth I had without breaking the bank or upsetting my stomach with dairy or eggs. And so I searched the internet to find vegan-friendly recipes that didn’t taste like cardboard. I have developed a couple of recipes of my own and I’m hoping to be able to provide the Russellville community with these healthy, delicious, treats.
