We’ve made it back around to another market opening day!
Don’t forget: This week is Earth Week, and Monday the 22nd is Earth Day. Tech is celebrating all week long with events! Be sure to check out the events on campus. RCM is always “Going Green” and bringing you the best locally grown food out there!
Speaking of going green, there are still plenty of greens to be had on the market, and it won’t be too long before the other spring and summer delicacies are ready for the picking! Tomatoes, squash, onions, zucchini, eggplant…YUM! I can taste them now.
